The series is equipped with the successful MAPLAN FIFO rubber injection unit. The constant L/D ratio ensures homogeneous compound preparation. Another advantage is the very short distance from the pot to the nozzle; this means that very little injection pressure is lost during the injection itself. The precision of the unit ensures high-precision rubber products. Easy cleaning reduces downtime.
The series has a clamping force of 100, 160, 250, 320, 400, 650 and 800 tons.
